Data Network Engineer – Cisco & Aruba Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Data Network Engineer to own the full lifecycle of data network and ICT solutions under our AMC contracts. You will work directly with customers, service providers and partners, delivering implementation, configuration, diagnostics and change management for enterprise‑grade Cisco and Aruba infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure data network and ICT solutions, coordinating with customers, principals and service providers.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise‑level network hardware and applications on‑site.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, health checks and preventive maintenance, adhering to SLA requirements.
• Configure routers, switches, Aruba and Cisco wireless controllers, firewalls and load balancers.
• Manage incidents from root‑cause analysis to repair or replacement, and execute change‑management activities.
• Provide system usage training and documentation to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecom, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Valid CCNP certification in Routing & Switching.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data network design, implementation and support.
• Proven on‑site customer support experience with Cisco and Aruba environments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Cisco and Aruba switches, wireless controllers, routers, firewalls and load balancers.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols: IGMP, IPSEC, VRRP, HSRP, STP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, WAN accelerators, proxy servers and network monitoring/diagnostic tools.
