Data Product Manager

About the role

Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Data Factory data products, from opportunity discovery and product definition through delivery coordination, launch, adoption enablement, and continuous improvement. Partner with Abu Dhabi Government Entities and DGE stakeholders to translate validated business needs into product vision, roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle of data products, ensuring timely discovery, definition, delivery, launch and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with Abu Dhabi Government Entities and DGE stakeholders to shape product vision, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams, driving reuse, scaling, consolidation and lifecycle decisions.
• Contribute to portfolio optimisation by identifying opportunities for product reuse and scaling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum six years of professional experience in product management, digital or data‑analytics products.
• Proven track record managing products across discovery, definition, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams and senior stakeholders to translate complex needs into product direction.
• Preferable experience in UAE government, public‑sector or GovTech environments, especially with Abu Dhabi entities.
