Daycare Assistant – Full-Time Position in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Daycare Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this full‑time permanent role you will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily care, supervision and activities of children.
• Support teachers and caregivers during playtime and educational sessions.
• Help children with meals, snacks and basic personal needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized daycare setting.
• Organise and facilitate educational, creative and recreational activities.
• Monitor children and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Communicate positively with parents and staff.
• Follow all health, safety and childcare procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in childcare or daycare (advantageous).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with children.
• Basic knowledge of child safety and hygiene.
• Team‑player mindset.
