Dealing Officer – CFD Trading Operations

About the role

The Dealing Officer will join a fast‑moving trading operations team, overseeing real‑time execution, monitoring and risk management of client CFD activity across multiple asset classes. The role requires rapid decision‑making, close interaction with liquidity providers and strict adherence to internal risk controls and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client trading activity across FX, indices, commodities, metals, equities and crypto CFDs in real time.
• Ensure order execution quality, manage slippage, requotes and rejected trades, and handle manual executions when required.
• Track net exposure, flag toxic flow or scalping abuse, and support hedging decisions with liquidity providers.
• Configure symbols, spreads, swaps, leverage and trading sessions on MT4/MT5 platforms and maintain bridge connectivity.
• Adjust pricing mark‑ups, spreads and swap rates within approved parameters and liaise with liquidity providers on execution issues.
• Prepare daily P&L, exposure and risk reports, reconcile trades between platform and bridges, and investigate client disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience on a dealing desk at a CFD/FX broker or liquidity provider.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of MT5 Manager and Administrator, and experience with bridge solutions such as oneZero, PrimeXM or Centroid.
• Solid understanding of CFD products, margin, leverage, swaps and hedging models.
• Calm under pressure, sharp attention to detail and ability to make fast decisions.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and late nights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
