Debt Advisory & Restructuring Internship – Dubai

About the role

Rothschild & Co. is offering a six‑month, full‑time internship in its Dubai Debt Advisory & Restructuring team. The placement starts in September 2025 and provides hands‑on experience in advising clients on debt markets, financing structures and complex restructuring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Debt Advisory team with market research, data analysis and preparation of client presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses related to debt transactions.
• Contribute to restructuring assignments, including balance‑sheet recapitalisations and strategic reviews.
• Collaborate with senior advisers to draft pitch books, memoranda and other advisory materials.
• Maintain and update internal databases using Bloomberg, FactSet and Excel.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program in finance, economics, business or a related discipline.
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in debt markets and restructuring.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
