Key responsibilities

• Manage a 180‑day recruitment focused role, delivering high‑quality candidates for senior consultant and director positions.
• Generate and curate CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with clients worldwide to understand hiring needs.
• Create compelling job advertisements and market roles across multiple platforms.
• Operate a hot permanent recruitment desk, specializing in a niche market segment.
