About the role
Qiyam HR Consultancy is seeking an HR Recruiter for its Dubai office to manage end‑to‑end blue‑collar recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview and onboard blue‑collar candidates.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and manage high‑volume hiring processes.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue‑collar or construction sectors.
- Manpower supply experience and UAE recruitment background are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate‑management abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
