Delivery Manager

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives for VerityX’s clients in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with internal teams and senior client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project timelines, scope, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, track progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Manage risks, issues and decision‑making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate clear communication between VerityX and client stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and methodologies.
• Build strong client relationships, understand business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in the energy sector or similar highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and assess risks.
• Proven program‑management experience, including planning, execution, governance and stakeholder reporting.
• Excellent communication and team‑management skills, including mentoring and conflict resolution.
• Consulting experience with financial institutions, regulators, governments or other mission‑critical enterprises is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment.
