About the role

JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Delivery Operations Specialist to drive efficiency across its delivery network in Dubai. You will work on optimizing processes, managing fleet resources, and ensuring high‑quality delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and standardize operational processes for collection, transit, handover, and successful delivery.
• Optimize route planning and resource scheduling to improve punctuality and reduce costs.
• Coordinate carrier and self‑operated fleet resources, develop dispatch plans, and monitor fleet utilization.
• Handle resource bidding, introduction, and replacement to maintain fleet reserve during peak periods.
• Monitor performance indicators in real time and manage exceptions to maintain service standards.
