Demand Planner

About the role

Sanipex Group is looking for a highly analytical Demand Planner to join its Jebel Ali, Dubai team. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory, and enhancing overall supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends and business insights.
• Monitor stock movement, forecast performance and supply‑risk indicators.
• Manage replenishment activities and maintain planning parameters within ERP systems.
• Support S&OP processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve supply‑chain performance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives related to forecasting and inventory management.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in demand, inventory or material planning within fast‑paced environments.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
