Demi Chef de Partie – All Day Dining

About the role

The All Day Dining outlet at JW Marriott Dubai is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality meals throughout service. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation, and quality standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters and monitor cooking processes.
• Thaw frozen items, maintain food logs, and ensure proper portioning and garnish.
• Communicate with service staff about menu specials, out‑of‑stock items, and excess food for daily specials.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow all safety, security, and hygiene policies; report maintenance issues and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect confidential company information.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school qualification in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or all‑day dining environment.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work long periods standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lb.
