About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay at W Hotels. As a Welcome Ambassador you will be the first point of contact, creating memorable and unique experiences while ensuring smooth operations in the Welcome Office.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
