About the role

The Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join its hotel kitchen team. You will work alongside senior chefs to deliver high‑quality dishes while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain food taste, presentation, and portion control at the highest level.
• Assist senior chefs in menu planning, recipe development, and adaptation for dietary preferences.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff within your section.
• Support the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen during service periods.
• Participate in special culinary events, promotions, and guest interactions.
• Stay informed about emerging culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to train junior colleagues.
