About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other kitchen stations to ensure timely service during peak periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Chef de Partie.
• Contribute to menu development by suggesting improvements and new ideas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or fine‑dining kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
