About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team in Dubai as a Demi Chef de Partie, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by preparing high‑quality dishes and supporting the kitchen crew.

Key responsibilities

Season, cook and plate dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide assistance in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and prevent cross‑contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality, storage conditions and stock rotation to guarantee food safety.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist guests with dining inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
Uphold regulatory standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

Required profile

Passion for delivering hospitality and creating a warm guest experience.
Integrity, teamwork, leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced kitchen.
