Demi Chef De Partie – Prime 68 Steakhouse

About the role

We are seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join the Prime 68 Steakhouse and ION team at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality steaks and grilled specialties in a fast‑paced, 5‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present steaks, grilled meats and steakhouse specialties according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation on every service.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing station workflow, stock levels and mise en place.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and food‑handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth service during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a steakhouse or fine‑dining kitchen, preferably at a Demi Chef De Partie level.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
• Team‑player attitude with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Steak preparation and grilling techniques.
• Knowledge of food quality control and presentation standards.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen.
