Demi Chef de Partie – Thai Cuisine

About the role

Join the culinary team at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Thai cuisine. You will help deliver high‑quality dishes while maintaining the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, freshness, consistency and proper portion control at all times.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation in line with HACCP requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and report excess or low‑stock items to the Chef.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep accurate production and temperature records.
• Communicate menu specials and guest requirements to the culinary and service teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, upscale steakhouse or high‑end restaurant is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of steak preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Passion for culinary excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
