Deployment Strategist

About the role

Northslope Technologies is looking for a Deployment Strategist to help enterprise clients turn complex data into actionable, AI‑driven workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand critical business objectives and build production‑grade solutions that accelerate operational change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and translate them into data‑centric workflows.
• Design, develop, and ship production software that operationalizes large‑scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Iterate quickly on prototypes, build solutions from scratch, and ensure they are adopted by end users.
• Travel to client sites as needed (approximately 10‑33% of the time) to support implementation and training.
• Own project delivery while leveraging team expertise for complex problem solving.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a proven track record of solving hard business problems.
• Excellent analytical abilities to deconstruct intricate challenges and deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously and take full ownership of project outcomes.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
