Deputy Store Director

About the role

The Deputy Store Director will lead and develop a specific department within the Louis Vuitton store in Dubai, driving team performance, client experience, and business results. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role ensures consistent excellence aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and advisors, setting clear objectives and managing performance proactively.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture talent in partnership with store management, fostering a collaborative high‑performance environment.
• Drive commercial performance by building long‑term client relationships, utilizing clienteling tools, and implementing action plans to maximise product sales.
• Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting selling, cross‑selling, managing a personal client portfolio, and ensuring optimal floor coverage.
• Maintain brand standards, oversee inventory management, and support workforce planning and coordination with department‑store partners.

Required profile

• Solid experience in luxury retail with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong commercial mindset and client‑oriented approach.
• Proven ability to develop people, drive performance, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
