DevOps Engineer

About the role

Dicetek LLC is looking for a DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance and security of its cloud‑based applications. You will work with both development and infrastructure teams to monitor, deploy and maintain critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and availability using AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, coordinating root‑cause analysis with development and infrastructure teams.
• Assist in deploying new versions, patches and features across production and staging environments.
• Generate and configure SSL certificates for services.
• Deploy, configure and manage AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) and enforce governance policies.
• Implement security best practices, manage IAM roles, Shield, KMS and conduct regular audits.
• Administer WebLogic Server, including domain setup, JDBC sources, JMS, load balancing and high‑availability configurations.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in DevOps or cloud operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of middleware components such as WebLogic, IBM WAS, JBoss, Tomcat and IIS.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
