Digital Ads Specialist - Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Ads Specialist to lead our digital presence and drive high‑quality lead generation for a luxury brand. The role combines strategic planning with execution across multiple paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies.
• Drive lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Oversee and improve website performance, both front‑end and back‑end.
• Collaborate on website updates, UX/UI improvements, and technical enhancements.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise results.
• Ensure brand positioning aligns with a high‑end, luxury identity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing for luxury or premium brands.
• Strong expertise in paid ads, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Solid understanding of website development basics (front‑end & back‑end).
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Based in Dubai.
