Digital Construction Coordinator

About the role

Join ALEC Building as a Digital Construction Coordinator and play a pivotal role in BIM coordination, information management, and the delivery of complex construction projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Support communication and delivery of project information requirements both internally and externally.
• Assist in meeting client exchange information requirements and ensure proper documentation.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of information management resources.
• Coordinate BIM models using 4D/5D processes, Navisworks and Revizto.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve clashes and improve model quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital construction or BIM coordination.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and information management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
