Digital Growth & Content Marketing Executive

About the role

This position is for a well‑established women’s beauty and salon group in Dubai that needs a hands‑on professional to own its digital presence and turn online engagement into booked appointments. The role is execution‑focused – you will create, film, edit, design and launch campaigns yourself, without managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the end‑to‑end digital marketing plan for all salon locations.
• Launch lead‑generation and booking campaigns across paid (Meta, TikTok) and organic channels.
• Build, test and optimise Meta and TikTok ad sets for audience, creative and cost‑per‑booking.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos on‑site, showcasing transformations, treatments and client moments.
• Create branded graphics, carousels, menus and other campaign assets.
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok and Google Business profiles.
• Support SEO and website content to improve local beauty search rankings.
• Coordinate offers, seasonal campaigns and launches with branch managers.
• Track performance against bookings and retention, reporting directly to leadership.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven record of generating leads or bookings.
• Hands‑on experience running Meta Ads that deliver measurable results.
• Strong portfolio of beauty, salon or lifestyle video and content creation.
• Comfortable filming in a live salon environment and directing staff and customers.
• Commercial mindset focused on bookings, retention and revenue.
• Experience in beauty, spa, wellness or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.
