About the role
Division50’s Account Manager owns the client relationship after the sale, handling onboarding, regular check‑ins, renewals and upsells. This is a retention‑focused position where success is measured by client stay and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, managing onboarding, regular check‑ins and delivery coordination.
- Drive renewals and upsells, proactively addressing at‑risk accounts before churn.
- Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact.
Required profile
- Experience owning client relationships in a services or agency environment, responsible for client happiness and renewals.
- Calm, proactive, organized and comfortable on video calls with clients.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus for client‑facing work in the region.
