About the role

Join Agthia Group's Snacks business as a Brand Marketing Manager, leading the development and execution of brand strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen market presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth, strengthen market positioning, and meet business objectives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and trade channels, ensuring strong execution and measurable impact.
• Drive product innovation and new product launches, partnering with cross‑functional teams from concept through commercialization.
• Manage external agencies and stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class creative, media, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Own brand budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of brand management experience within FMCG, preferably in snacks.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies, executing large‑scale campaigns, and driving business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and influencing P&L outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate across functions and markets.
• Experience in the UAE market is essential; regional or international exposure is highly desirable.
