Digital Marketing Executive – Fashion E-Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to boost our fashion e‑commerce brand’s online presence. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across social, paid, SEO and email channels while analysing performance to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates; conduct A/B testing.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website pages, product descriptions and blog content for SEO.
• Support on‑page and technical SEO activities, including meta tags, headings, image optimisation and site speed.
• Create engaging copy for blogs, social captions, email newsletters and campaign messaging.
• Plan and run email marketing campaigns, segment audiences and track performance.
• Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers and brand partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing and paid advertising.
