Digital Marketing Manager (Dubai)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the agency’s online strategy for large‑scale exhibitions, events and tech‑focused campaigns in Dubai. You will be responsible for boosting brand visibility, driving traffic and converting audiences across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the brand’s online presence and search rankings through SEO and SEM initiatives.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising and paid search.
• Guide marketing managers and content leads on strategies to grow organic traffic for event and media publishing sites.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing agencies to brief, optimise spend and extract learnings from continuous testing.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including analytics, agency partners and show marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or post‑bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in digital marketing for exhibitions, large‑scale events or the tech sector.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experiences across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush and Ahrefs.
• Hands‑on experience running and optimising ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM and email marketing best practices.
