Digital Marketing Specialist – Healthcare

About the role

Magenta Health is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing professional to lead online campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads within the healthcare sector. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure all digital communications align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns, including social media, email and paid advertising.
• Manage social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content, and grow community reach.
• Monitor web analytics, generate performance reports and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Coordinate online marketing initiatives such as email newsletters and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain consistent, compliant messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new tools or tactics to enhance the company’s online presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital or online marketing, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
