About the role
We are seeking a Junior Strategist Content (Arabic Copywriter) to join a leading experiential agency in Dubai. The role blends strategic thinking with creative writing to craft culturally resonant campaigns for MENA audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Uncover human insights and creative opportunities from briefs.
- Develop brand strategies, campaign concepts, and strategic narratives.
- Write headlines, taglines, scripts, social media copy, and long‑form content in Arabic and English.
- Create pitch decks and presentation materials.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and use AI tools while adding cultural nuance.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, copywriting, advertising, social media, communications or a related creative field.
- Excellent written English and Arabic with strong cultural understanding of both markets.
- Curious mindset, love of language and ability to turn observations into insights and ideas.
- Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking and presentation skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and confident in challenging the obvious.
