Digital Media Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Media Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will shape and execute our social media and digital marketing strategies, producing high‑impact content and driving measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create and curate original text, image and video content that reflects the brand voice.
• Plan and run digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing and paid social advertising.
• Monitor channel performance with Google Analytics and deliver regular ROI reports.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and queries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay current with emerging digital trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital media, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation.
• Excellent knowledge of major social platforms and their audiences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field (preferred).
