Digital Platform Technology Senior Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise‑level digital platforms across its award‑winning attractions. The role will focus on Sitecore‑based solutions and the architecture of web and mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solution architecture.
• Lead development of Sitecore applications on the .NET stack and ensure seamless integration with Java and Node.js services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using .NET, Java and Node.js.
• Define and enforce best practices for CMS performance, scalability and personalization.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from conception through continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineering teams and champion DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain system availability, performance monitoring and incident resolution.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of IT experience, including 4+ years on Digital Experience Platforms.
• Proven expertise delivering Sitecore 9.x architecture and large‑scale implementations.
• Strong background in C#.NET, Java, JavaScript (React/Angular) and Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and performance‑optimization tools.
