Digital Product Head - SaaS

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end development and launch of an AI‑powered, on‑demand staffing platform, transforming a traditional manpower model into a scalable digital product. You will own the product lifecycle from vision through revenue generation, working closely with developers and senior leadership to deliver a seamless, automated experience for customers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital product strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends in the Energy & Natural Resources sector to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure delivery of digital initiatives on time and within budget.
• Oversee product performance metrics and propose enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and phased delivery plan.
• Lead the build of an AI‑enabled, end‑to‑end digital staffing platform.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers.
• Drive product launch, positioning, and market adoption strategy.
• Establish scalable sales and client onboarding frameworks.
• Track and optimise performance metrics including adoption and fulfilment speed.
• Continuously improve automation to minimise manual processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching and scaling digital or start‑up products.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation in digital product environments.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to revenue generation.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking product performance.
• Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or related field (MBA a plus).
