Digital Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital products for our clients in Abu Dhabi. The role combines business analysis, user experience design, and technology coordination to turn strategic objectives into market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and customer needs into a clear product vision, roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, service designers, architects and development teams to ensure feasible and valuable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders, clients and internal teams.
• Manage sprint priorities, releases, dependencies and scope using Agile practices.
• Lead QA, UAT and product acceptance activities to guarantee delivery meets agreed specifications.
• Define and track product KPIs, using data, analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate requirements definition, backlog management and reporting.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital platforms, portals or customer‑facing services.
• Strong ability to balance business value, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite with clients across various GCC industries.
