Digital Product Owner – Retail Banking

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Retail Banking Group as a Digital Product Owner, driving digital innovation and delivering seamless, self‑service experiences for retail and micro‑business customers. You will shape the product vision and roadmap for key digital channels, ensuring they meet regulatory standards while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Retail Banking digital products.
• Design and implement self‑service, digital‑first journeys across onboarding, servicing, lending, and cards.
• Lead Straight‑Through‑Processing (STP) initiatives by identifying manual steps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Analyse customer journeys and operational pain points to define target‑state solutions.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Technology teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Define and prioritise features, epics, and user stories aligned with business objectives.
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, process optimisation, and revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to support product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Assess and develop new digital channels (internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, digital TV) and own channel onboarding, usage, and migration.

Required profile

• Ambitious professional with a strong background in digital product ownership.
• Experience working in retail banking or a similar financial services environment.
• Ability to partner across multiple functions and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
