Director AMEA Sales and International Club Strategy

About the role

The Clorox Company is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive sales excellence across the AMEA region and to spearhead growth with international club partners such as Costco, Sam's Club and PriceSmart. Reporting to the VP & GM, AMEA, you will shape the sales organization, develop talent, and unlock multi‑year growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AMEA sales talent acquisition, development, succession planning and functional standards (40% of time).
• Design and implement a common sales capability curriculum covering strategic planning, integrated commercial planning, assortment, merchandising, pricing, e‑commerce and net‑revenue management.
• Define long‑term sales organization design, capability roadmap and talent pipeline to support product‑market‑unit growth.
• Drive performance through sales incentive, field execution and recognition programs.
• Translate Costco, Sam's Club and PriceSmart buying strategies into a clear growth agenda for AMEA, Canada and LatAm (30% of time).
• Identify whitespace opportunities, build business cases and develop regional innovation pantries of sales‑ready items.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial sales within consumer‑goods or retail sectors.
• Track record of building high‑performing sales organizations across multiple geographies.
• Deep understanding of international club retail dynamics and partnership models.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop strategic growth plans and business cases.
