Director of Human Resources – Multi‑Property

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager and have a dotted‑line relationship to the Regional Senior Director of HR. As a member of the property executive committee, you will shape talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and employee development across multiple Sheraton and Aloft properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business priorities, including engagement surveys and diversity initiatives.
• Lead succession planning, human capital reviews and workforce planning for the property and market.
• Oversee staffing and recruitment, coaching hiring managers, and managing the total compensation strategy for hourly employees.
• Serve as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives and present HR metrics at owners’ meetings.
• Supervise on‑property HR staff and coordinate with market‑based HR specialists.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4 years HR/operations experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage HR strategy, talent acquisition, compensation and employee development in a hospitality environment.
