Director of Learning (Remote) – 2 Hour Learning

About the role

We are seeking a senior academic leader to shape the future of K‑12 learning through AI‑driven systems. As Director of Learning you will own the design, execution and continuous improvement of our AI‑enabled learning ecosystem, directly influencing student outcomes across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑powered enhancements to K‑12 subject content, adaptive pathways and student interventions.
• Analyze MAP, AP, SAT, ISEE and other performance data to create focused academic interventions.
• Produce evidence‑based decision records documenting actions, dashboards, analytics and assessment results.
• Write execution‑ready specifications for product, engineering and data‑science teams.
• Lead a performance‑driven team measured against explicit benchmarks tied to student outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and data‑science partners to evolve the platform.

Required profile

• Proven academic leadership with a bias toward system design over critique.
• Deep subject‑matter expertise and ability to translate insights into measurable rubrics.
• Comfort operating in high‑output, data‑rich environments with incomplete information.
• Strong accountability for student growth and willingness to own results.
• Preference for AI‑first solutions and self‑directed analysis.
