Director of Projects Delivery (Emirati)

About the role

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Emirati Director – Projects on behalf of a leading Dubai‑based organization. The role involves leading the planning and execution of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning and design through completion.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans aligned with organisational objectives.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, project management teams and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review designs, construction progress, technical submissions and project milestones.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Establish governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in project management, construction and/or real estate development.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, complex projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project controls, contracts, cost and risk management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• UAE national (Emirati) preferred.
