Director of Projects – Façade Execution

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Projects to lead façade execution for high‑rise developments. The role carries overall responsibility for project delivery and day‑to‑day management of façade works.
Key responsibilities
- Lead façade execution and manage subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
- Oversee site progress, coordinate installation activities, and guarantee finishing quality.
- Drive project delivery for cold‑bent façades, UCW projects, and high‑rise towers.
Required profile
- Minimum 17 years of experience exclusively in the façade industry.
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree preferred.
- UAE‑based façade industry experience required.
- Arab nationality preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Cold‑bent façade expertise
- UCW project experience
- High‑rise tower façade installation
