Director of Quality – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Director of Quality will lead the implementation of Total Quality Management across The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. Reporting to senior management, you will coach managers, drive continuous improvement and ensure that all quality processes align with the brand’s standards and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality assurance strategies, setting goals and monitoring progress at the property level.
• Coach managers and staff on Total Quality Management principles, problem‑solving and process‑improvement techniques.
• Lead quality‑tool initiatives, collect and analyse defect data, and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback, oversee corrective actions and maintain a visible presence to gather real‑time insights.
• Facilitate HR activities related to quality, including performance reviews, employee engagement and fair policy enforcement.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field plus 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience in guest services, operations or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive continuous improvement and manage quality‑focused projects in a hospitality environment.
