Director, Priority Private Banking

About the role

Standard Chartered is seeking a Director for its Priority Private Banking franchise in Dubai. The role will lead the acquisition and servicing of high‑net‑worth clients, driving revenue growth while upholding the bank’s digital and client‑centric agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to generate revenue and expand the Priority Private client base.
• Onboard new-to-bank (NTB) customers sourced by branches and direct sales teams.
• Create and manage sales call plans targeting large prospective customers through referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales MIS, tracking calls, prospects, attrition, and business outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and achieve high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure appropriate governance and product mix.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management and business development within private or wealth banking.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding client acquisition, volume, and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of high performance and ethical standards.
