Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will support financial planning, analysis and decision‑making within the Financial Services division of Hertz and Moov. Partnering with operational management, the role drives revenue, optimises costs and enhances overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to evaluate revenue, margin and cost‑saving initiatives across Rental, Leasing and Subscription businesses.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, budgets and cash‑flow plans, and coordinate with Group Treasury.
• Produce monthly reporting packs, Business Review and Finance Review presentation decks.
• Automate management reporting using BI tools and support financial planning tool implementation.
• Analyse fleet utilisation, commercial KPIs and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Maintain internal controls, develop SAP/BI reports and support system testing cycles.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance or related field.
• Professional finance certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years experience in Financial Business Partnering or FP&A within large multinational corporations.
• Experience in leasing, rental or automotive financial services is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
