Director, Priority Private Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Director for Priority Private Banking to lead the acquisition and servicing of high‑net‑worth clients in the UAE market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on relationship management to grow our affluent client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to generate revenue and drive the digital agenda.
• Acquire new priority private clients through referrals, branch and direct‑sales channels, and achieve defined targets for customer numbers, volumes and product mix.
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio by delivering excellent communication, negotiation and customer service.
• Prepare and update sales MIS, including calls, prospects, attrition and business performance.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of compliance, risk awareness and teamwork.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with affluent or high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with risk, compliance and product teams.
