About the role
Baynoona Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead its accounting function in Sharjah. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE tax regulations, and efficient cash flow management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle VAT filings and other tax‑related matters in accordance with UAE law.
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.
- Coordinate audit activities and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting records.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
