Director, Structured Products & Client Solutions

About the role

The Director of Structured Products & Client Solutions will originate, structure and deliver bespoke structured products across multiple asset classes, driving revenue growth for the Global Markets franchise. The role combines market analysis, client relationship management and cross‑functional coordination to ensure solutions meet client needs while adhering to the bank’s risk and regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market and client opportunities through detailed analysis of structured product demand, risk‑return dynamics and asset‑class trends.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships, understanding objectives, risk appetite and investment or hedging requirements.
• Originate, structure and coordinate tailored product solutions in partnership with Trading, Sales, Coverage and control functions.
• Prepare and present market views, trade ideas, pricing considerations and solution proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee documentation, approvals, execution readiness and post‑trade coordination to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Manage the structured products pipeline, monitor deal progress and escalate execution, pricing or operational issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Global Markets, structured products, trading, sales or treasury with a proven track record of originating and executing client transactions.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, financing solutions, risk management concepts and the bank’s business strategy.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent client engagement, communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg terminal.
• Experience using Murex or comparable trading/risk platforms.
• Financial modelling expertise.
• Pricing analysis and quantitative assessment capabilities.
