About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader with an executive search mindset and strong, hands‑on experience in market mapping and senior‑level hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business verticals.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top‑tier and leadership‑level talent.
- Conduct in‑depth market mapping and competitor analysis to identify key talent pools.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to ensure operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior or leadership hiring, ideally within complex or technical industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments preferred.
