Document Controller & Admin

About the role

Maklad Design LLC is seeking a Document Controller & Admin to manage project documentation, tender packages and daily office operations at its Dubai office. The role combines technical filing with general administrative support, including HR assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Organise physical and digital registers for contracts, drawings, RFIs, reports and sub‑mittals.
• Compile tender and pre‑qualification document packages in coordination with QS, design, procurement and management teams.
• Handle general office tasks: inventory tracking, appointment scheduling and preparation of minutes of meetings.
• Draft corporate correspondence, maintain administrative trackers and coordinate executive sign‑offs.
• Support the HR Manager with contract preparation, candidate scheduling, employee record keeping and onboarding paperwork.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma with 2–4 years of UAE document‑control and administrative experience, preferably in fit‑out or construction.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital archival, cloud storage and tender submission portals.
• Excellent written English communication.
