About the role
A growing organization in Al Ain is seeking a motivated Document Controller to manage and maintain company documentation. The role requires strong administrative abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to handle documents accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and manage company documents and records.
- Prepare, update, and file documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Perform Arabic and English typing for official documents and correspondence.
- Support daily administrative and document‑control activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and assist customers when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of company records.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work accurately with documents and administrative records.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in office applications.
