Document Controller

About the role

Gateway Interiors LLC is looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Document Controller to support its interior fit‑out projects in Al Qusais, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating permits and approvals, and ensuring that all records are readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, update and maintain all project documents and records.
• Coordinate permits and approvals with internal teams, clients, landlords and relevant authorities.
• Track document submissions and follow up on pending approvals.
• Prepare and compile complete handover documentation for project close‑out.
• Ensure that required documents are submitted accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of document control experience, preferably in interior fit‑out or construction projects.
• Strong organisational skills and a good understanding of construction and fit‑out documentation.
