About the role
The Door Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at W Hotels Dubai. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through their stay, providing local information and handling operational requests.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and ensure a smooth experience.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests and complete daily reports.
- Share highlights of the local area and promote hotel services.
- Move throughout the property, lift and carry items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe, professional workplace and uphold company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Fluent in Russian, Italian and Spanish.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
